You message when you’re ready. I’ll respond in at least three intentional bursts over 24 hours. This isn’t real-time texting. It’s depth-based communication within a tight 24-hour container.

Choose this if: You think best in writing or want to be witnessed without performing. This is the most grounded, honest format.

You send up to 1,000 words sharing your situation, question, or story. I might email a few follow-up questions to understand fully before sending a thoughtful, layered response.
Voice Call $100
Choose this if: You need to name it out loud and don’t want your own writing to get in the way. Direct. No visual. No delay. Fast and sharp.
Format: Google Meet, Audio Only (no login required)
Duration: 30 minutes
You speak, I reflect what’s underneath. No advice. No coaching. Just raw, immediate clarity.
Video Call $150
Choose this if: You need a full mirror, this is it. Reserved for what’s layered or complicated.

Duration: 45 minutes
A live, face-to-face session when you want to be seen in full. I’ll meet you on video, but not emotionally small. We map what’s tangled, without fluff or performance.
